As Lettings Director at Portello, Karen Morris oversees day-to-day operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience across residential lettings, property management and investment.
Her approach combines operational precision with a strong focus on client care, ensuring every property is managed as a long-term asset.
Karen began her career with ARIM, a subsidiary of Allsop and one of the UK’s largest independent residential investment managers, where she developed a deep understanding of large-scale portfolios and bespoke client service.
She later refined her operational expertise within the independent agency space before joining Star, a fast-growing property and investment group with an international portfolio spanning six countries and valued at over £150 million.
Portello was founded following the passing of my wife, Vicki Phillips, a respected buying agent in Brighton & Hove. A loved wife, mother, sister, daughter and best friend, her integrity, judgement and client-first approach continue to shape the standards we uphold today.
